How do I order?
It is easy and secure to shop with us. Just have a look around the store and add any items which you wwould like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you have completed your purchased, click on Check out with Paypal. Here you will be guided to the Paypal secure site to make your payment. If you already have a paypal account, simply make your payment. If not it is very easy to set one up.
We prefer to use Paypal for a number of reasons. Firstly it is very secure, we do not get any of your financial details, simply what you have purchased and the address where it should be sent. Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. That's why paypal automatically encrypts all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers. Secondly Paypal has an online dispute policy which protects your purchases.
If you would prefer not to use Paypal you can choose to use a credit or debit card online. Simply click on Checkout and you will be taken to a secure page (secured by Geo Trust) to make your payment. You can also pay by cheque or postal order, but for this please do not checkout, email or telephone with your order and arrange payment.
How are items sent?
All orders are packaged carefully. Card, scrapbook papers, and toppers are sent in board backed envelopes. Embellishments are packaged appropriately usually in padded envelopes. Multiple items are appropriately boxed. We therefore take every measure that we can to ensure that your order is received in pristine condition. However accidents can happen, so if your purchase is damaged in transit we will of course either send a replacement or refund once you return the damaged item. See below for details.
Orders are normally dispatched within two working days. However, this may vary during holiday periods.
For smaller and lighter items we normally use Royal Mail First Class delivery service. Larger items can be sent by DHL. Costs are as follows:

Where do we deliver to?
We can deliver to anywhere in the world, but the express checkout is presently only set up for the United Kingdom. If you would like to purchase items please do not checkout, but email me with your order and I will obtain the postage costs for you and send an invoice. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and hope to have it rectified in the very near future.
What if I am sent faulty, wrong goods or the wrong quantity, or don't recieve them?
If you have received goods which are faulty, damaged or the wong items, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We will replace or refund the items, but we may ask you to return the items, but if we do we will refund the cost of the return postage. If this is the case we will despatch the replacement as soon as we have received the returned item.
If we have sent the incorrect quantity, we will of course despatch the balance by the next post. If the outstanding item is not in stock we will process an immediate refund if requested or if you would still like to receive the item we will despatch immediately more stock becomes available.
What if an item is out of stock?
We try to ensure that all the items listed are in stock, but sometimes items are out of stock because they have been sold out in the shop or on our ebay shop. Should this be the case you will be contacted as soon as possible and given the option to cancel the order. However if you would still like to receive the item and are prepared to wait, we will place your item on back order and let you know as soon as it becomes available.
Please note that items in Sale and Clearance sections can not be placed on back order and a refund will always be issued.
